I’ve had problems with milk giving me mild constipation and gas almost all my life, but after having my gall bladder removed I’ve noticed that most dairy products give me intense gas/gas pains and constipation much worse than before my surgery.
Do you think this is normal after gall bladder removal?
Should I try soy products to prevent gas and constipation?
