I had my gallbladder removed laparoscopically in Tuesday, and have been a little blocked up ever since.
I had severe pain in my shoulder yesterday from the air they pumped around during the surgery but other than that everything else I’ve experienced since has been fairly standard.
The only thing I’m worried about is the constipation. I’m usually fairly regular but now I’m starting to feel very bloated and heavy. Is it okay to take a natural or an otc constipation reliever? Should I ask my pharmacist if there’s something she can recommend that would be safe to take with my pain meds?
