Have you had cramping after gall bladder surgery?

I had my gall bladder out 10 days ago and for the first 9 days I was fine. No cramping or anything. For the first two days I had constipation and did not eat anything. For the next week I was fine and ate Jack in the Box and everything with no ill effects. Including having coffee once a day from three days after the surgery.

Then yesterday I ate some spaghetti O’s (low fat) and had coffee and I had moderate cramps that seemed to be OK after having a beer. Today I had a New Jersey style sub at lunch with cold cuts and cheese. Then coffee an hour later (I need coffee to stay awake enough to work as I have other issues). After a couple hours, I had cramps as painful as passing a gall stone which took about 2 hours to pass. I had a diet coke which may have helped a bit.

I got mild cramps around six when I had a turkey sandwich with a diet coke.

I am keeping a food log to figure out whether it is the fatty food, the coffee or what is doing this. What have your experiences been?
