I just had wrist surgery. It was severe the worst break you can have. I was prescribed percocet/Oxycontin/apa 10mg-650mg tabs. I never take tylenol but am not allergic. Three days after my surgery I woke up dizzy, nausea, very irritated. I went to the restroom and had some stomach pains -lower. I noticed blood in my panties and used tp to check where the blood was coming from. It was in my urine area as well as vaginal. light pink and a small amount. I spotted a few more times then it stopped. I thought maybe I passed a stone however, each time I take the medicine I get lightheaded. I spoke with the pharmacist the day after surgery to make sure it was ok to take a laxative because I knew on this med constipation would be 100%.
I had no bleeding after my BM. I am not pregnant nor due for my monthly for at least two more weeks. The only other med I am on is nexxium and the pharmacist and surgeon said the two would not interact. I am 45 so this has me somewhat concerned. I have a call in to the surgeon but wanted to throw this out there anyway.
